I get it, Hereford is the provinces. I spent my first 18 years there so I should know. There's no excuse for outdated websites. This site was just better than the next. The end client, the florist, exceeded expectations. I'm in my late 50's but expect an online presence that is sophisticated and intuitive. Your platform is not that.

Flowers arrived by private car, carefully delivered and driver was masked. Beautiful bouquet in perfect condition, very well presented, with greetings card correctly written out and detailed instructions on care for the flowers. My wife was thrilled with her birthday surprise. I write little reviews occasionally for all sorts of purchases, but I think this is one of the very rare ones where there simply are no negatives. I ordered the flowers and chose a lovely arrangement with a basket. Fantastic customer service, well above and beyond what i was expecting. Thank you . The order was place about 13:30am. I paid and during the process of getting the email telling me the order had been placed I managed to make a cup of coffee and a brief sit down, then about 1 1/2hrs later I had a message to thank me for the flowers. The speed of delivery was beyond all expectations, I'm blown away, Im astonished the delivery was so quick. This would have been 5 stars but the florist wrote the wrong name on the greetings card leading to some confusion for the recipient. A genuine mistake and highly apologetic. Flowers delivered at the requested time and the recipient was absolutely delighted. Said the flowers were beautiful. Easily the best in years so well done. By the way free local delivery means the recipient lives just round the corner. Anything else expect a delivery charge but it is not outrageous.

Beautiful flowers at a great price. The flowers arrived in a presentation box containing water for a 48 hour period with clear instruction on stem cutting and refilling. Will definitely use this supplier again. ThanksGreat bunch of flowers for an anniversary gift to my wife.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's day and chose the 'Florist's Choice' option with a short comment on what kind of flowers my mum likes. The result was beautiful!! The bouquet was stunning, with bright vibrant seasonal flowers all extremely healthy and with all her favourites - truly unique. They delivered on Mothering Sunday morning, as a special service (a lot more reliable it seems than some of the big flower delivery services!). My mum was very very happy, and the quality for the money was much better than you would get in a lot of places.

My flowers were delivered on time and were absolutely beautiful. Sometimes when you see a picture online there is an element of disappointment when they arrive as they hardly ever look the same. Not in this case..they were fab and really cheered my friend up! I will definately use this florist again. Great value for money the flowers were fresh and delivered on time.

I submitted an order via the website, the whole process was simple. The team at Hillmans were on hand to answer my questions, and even went an extra mile in calling the funeral home to find out what time the funeral was so they could get them there on time. I'd highly recommend Hillmans.
